December 2021 Member Pulse Check
Thank you to everyone that completed our December 2021 Member Pulse Check Survey. Your time and input is valued and appreciated.
We are happy to report that overall member satisfaction was 90%. You also told us that the most helpful Destination Vancouver programs and initiatives over the past year include consumer campaigns and promotions to support local businesses, shared content on our owned channels (including website, blog and social channels, event calendar), sharing of business intelligence and industry advocacy.
Looking ahead to 2022, we will continue to build on these programs along with providing business leads, media and FAM opportunities, and bringing conventions, events and festivals, cruise development/facilitation, to our destination as part of our industry's rebuild. Thank you for your continued support.
